For virtual consultations, you can be connected to a verified doctor in minutes. For home visits, our geo-matching engine finds the nearest available practitioner and gives you a live estimated arrival time.
Yes. Every practitioner on Qare+ is individually licensed by their medical regulatory body, credentialed, and reviewed by our team before joining the platform. You can view each practitioner’s qualifications and patient ratings on their profile.
Upload or share your prescription in the app, and Qare+ matches it to the nearest partner pharmacy. Your medication is then dispatched for same-day delivery with real-time tracking so you know exactly when it arrives.
Qpulse is our wearable health monitor that tracks your heart rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure and activity 24/7. Its key feature is emergency alerting, if something critical is detected, it instantly notifies your selected emergency contact. It’s optional but highly recommended for elderly users or anyone managing a chronic condition.
During onboarding, or anytime in your profile settings, you can add one or more emergency contacts. When the Qare+ Watch or SOS is triggered, your selected contact receives an immediate alert with your location.
Absolutely. Your health records, prescriptions, and consultation history are locked behind biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint). Your data is never sold or shared without your explicit consent.
