Yes. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs. Qare+ takes a small platform commission per completed consultation. Everything else goes directly to you.

You need a valid medical licence or professional registration from your relevant regulatory body. For example, the Kenya Medical and Dentists Board or the Nursing Council of Kenya. We verify all credentials before approving your profile.

Payments are made per completed consultation, directly to your M-Pesa or registered bank account. Payouts are instant — as soon as a consultation is marked complete and confirmed by the patient.

Our cancellation policy protects practitioners. Late cancellations and no-shows are handled through the platform, and you may be eligible for a partial payout depending on the notice given.

Yes. Qare+ supports continuity of care. You can schedule follow-up appointments, view shared health records, and build an ongoing relationship with your patients all within the app.
